I want to use it for dining , going to events or especially driving.. It would need to be not too hard, yet firm enough so i don't sink flat down into i...

Re: Anyone comfortable in their car?

Thanks LauraG. Your invention sounds interesting. My husband made something similar for me, but he used a piece of wood about 4" thick cut in the exact shape of a toilet seat . Then he attached a padded toilet seat to it; unfortunately the thick wood made underneath made it too hard to tolerate...

Re: Rolfing

HI
I have never had it myself and can't find local practitioners that I would feel comfortable with in my area..I
would want someone who has heard of PN and related disorders...
I wish I could answer your question,... it sounds like deep tissue massage.
I haven't tried it yet.

Sincerely,
Kathyd

Re: Rolfing

Hi Jax, Thanks for asking. It was a 4 day session.. Dr Andrews is very competent, compassionate and knowledgable about pelvic pain and this protocol. It's extremely painful while the shockwave is applied but he will stop whenever you need a break. The pain stops then, and you take a breath! He hits ...
