James Your case sounds very similar to mine mate. Don't underestimate the hip pain, it might not be on your priority list. But it might be the reason for entrapment of pudendal nerve. Couldn't agree more with you violet.
I too feel when I'm doing butt/glute exercise, nerve flares up a bit. But thankfully its only short lived.

I'm working with my osteopath regarding mucoskeletal issues and they were getting resolved as well. It's just that latest relapse has broke my spirit.
Does anyone think Botox can help??

Speaking from my experience, it does help to relax stressed and tight muscles. It soothes pelvic floor muscles in my case, so yeah in a way it does reduce some pain.
