This sounds very interesting, I wonder if there are others in the forum who have undergone this treatment and what are their outcomes. After having PNE for twenty years it would be nice to get rid of it entirely.

I think the TheraSeat is best. It's designed for people who suffer from Pudendal Nerve Entrapment/Neuralgia and Volovdinia. The materials and foam are excellent.

Hi Mike, I'm so happy for you that you finally found a cushion that works for you, and sorry that it took so long. I can well relate to your story... after many years of doctors who either didn't understand pelvic pain enough to give a clear diagnosis, or who weren't willing to spend the time etc. ...
