Re: Found sitting solution with pillows

With tnis xolution, it is mandatory that your feet are off the floor. The solution is simple. One pillow has one edge on your butt crack, and the goes ...

Re: Found sitting solution with pillows

I have additional information about pillow positioning.

The pillow on the side opposite the pudendal pain must be positioned exactly in the center of your butt. You must make sure that the pillow does not touch the pudendal pain area.

In doing more research on what DRG (Dorsal Root Ganglion) actually is, once again Gooble search was my best friend. The following is a...

Spine map for all drg locations and all spine ports

In case you get a neurostimulator, whether DRG or any other, you will need a map of where each spine “port” controls on your body. Just google Dermatome Map, and there are many images of the spine and where each port controls. My pain was from pudendal nerve, and they hooked my leads to s2 and s3. I...

Re: DRG neurostimulator 95% quality of life gain

Grammy I am not sure what residual pain is. I do have pain but it is not noticeable on a normal day. A normal day now means that I have no pain anywhere anytime. But there still is pain under the covers. If I do too much that hurts the pudendal nerve, even a little, I can have pain. For example if I...
