Our database is at the data center of Bluehost webhosting company. It is a standard phpbb3 mysql database on a unix-box. It is a site that uses PHP as the server language and http between browser and application so it is not encrypted but the information is password protected and the database is saved and protected by Bluehost. The information is retained until deleted by site administrators. The website and the forum database are backed up daily and weekly by Bluehost; however, if a post or thread on the forum is deleted from the main database by the forum administrators or moderators, it is gone permanently. If a post is edited by a forum user or by a moderator, the original post cannot be retrieved.

This policy explains in detail how “Health Organization for Pudendal Education” along with its affiliated companies (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Health Organization for Pudendal Education”, “http://www.pudendalhope.info/forum”) and phpBB (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “phpBB software”, “www.phpbb.com”, “phpBB Group”, “phpBB Teams”) use any information collected during any session of usage by you (hereinafter “your information”).
