relax the back Contour Sit cushion

Hi,
I have anal rectal pain -Throbbing and I use the "Tush cush".
There is a similar version of this product made by Relax the back..Its called the Contour Sit Car Cushion.
It seems firmer etc, and better quality, so I hoped may be it would be work better.
Has anyone tried this Cushion from Relax the Back?
