Suppositories - what are they made of?

Hi all,

as Lyrica and Cymbalta were of no help and pain is not permanent I should like to try suppositories for the bad days when sitting is unavoidable and pain level rises.

Please give advice what your favourite (and most helpful) prescription is?! Components in percent (%) do NOT help but in mg or g per suppository.
I would be glad to find a doctor in Germany who is willing to write a prescrition accordingly.
