PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Dr Jarnagin says this type injection has worked well in the orthopedic world. He has just recently started using it to treat pelvic pain as a trial and error treatment when all else has failed. He is strongly against PNE surgery.

Well, maybe he sees patients who do not have good results from surgery so I can understand where he is coming from if that is the case. I am strongly against PNE surgery unless it is used as a last resort and all of your symptoms, history, and clinical exam are pointing toward an entrapment, especially a ligament entrapment. For me it was the right answer but I think it is definitely not the answer for everyone.
