Sayer Clinics

Words cannot begin to describe how thankful I am that I found Dr Michael Durtnall at the Sayer Clinic. He has truly turned my life around.
I endured pain since 2011 and had been diagnosed with pudendal neuralgia nerve entrapment in my pelvis causing persistent burning pain. Sitting left me in deep agony.

I decided to stop my prescription Gabapentin and look for a more holistic treatment. I found Dr Michael Durtnall online and I've never looked back. From the moment he examined me I knew it was the right choice. Dr Durtnall has a remarkable knowledge of the pelvis. After seeing Dr Michael Durtnall, I am largely relieved of pain.

Dr Michael Durtnall and his physiotherapists at the Sayer Clinics in Kensington are the best and most knowledgable medical practitioners with an incredible following from all over the world.
They are friendly and compassionate. I recommend them very very highly.

Glad to hear you are doing better.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
