Bob, I don't think most people have bad reactions to Botox. I've only known of a few over 12 years of moderating the forum, but with any medication or procedure there is a possible risk involved. I chose not to try Botox, probably because my physician stressed that it would just be a temporary benefit.

Basically physicians and patients have to weight the risks vs. the benefits. That is really true of any surgery or any procedure.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
