The Logan Technique

Post by jaxi123 »

I highly suggest finding a chiro dr that specializes in the Logan Technique.

Also take wheat germ tablets.

Haven't heard of this before Jaxi. Must be helping you?
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Where can one find a practitioner who does this? Looks fairly non invasive and a lot like trigger point t therapy which helps a lot for my back and internal pelvis.

How did it help you Jaxi? I'd love to hear. It's so hard to find anyone well versed in this area of the body. Seems so taboo to talk about it even with a health care provider.

Yes, I would love to hear more about it and how I could find a local practitioner that does this or could explain it to my PT who could try it.
I really need to reduce the activity of the sympathetic nervous system.
Pls post about this Jax if you happend to see this
Thanks!

A good holistic dr or a chiro who has been specifically trained is who you need to see.
Also someone well trained in ART active release technique
