Is there anyone here who has tried Yoga? I don't know if it's a fluke but it seems that certain Yoga positions help stretch out my pelvic floor muscles.

Erik, I don't think it's a fluke. I think stretching could help if you have tense pelvic muscles. But for the rare few who have pudendal nerve entrapment like I did, stretching may make the symptoms worse so I recommend proceeding with caution if you aren't sure.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
