Surgery

Post by jaxi123 »

For those who had PNE surgery do you feel like the nerve is right under the incision?
Mine feels like that.
Is it possible the nerve could make its way that close to the surface?

Has anyone had scar tissue removed from either side of the incision line?

My second surgery that lasted 7 hrs was spent removing scar tissue a big part of that time.
My scar tissue was mostly internal, not on the surface of the skin.

I know the feeling you are talking about, Jaxi. I have it too under my incision.
PN started 2004 from fall. Surgery with Filler Nov. 2006, Dr. Campbell April 2007. Pain decreased by 85% in 2008 (rectal and sitting pain resolved completely), pain returned in 12/13. Pain reduced significantly beginning around 11/23.
