These are the diagnostic criteria for panic disorder often have unexpected bouts of panic. In the last month, you had one or more panic attacks and worry that you will get a new one. Constant worry of losing control or going crazy.

Have changes in their behavior; avoid places where you can get a new panic attack. Your bouts of panic, not caused by substance abuse or other mental disorder such as social phobia, agoraphobia, post-traumatic stress disorder or obsessive compulsive disorder.
