How do you keep your tailbone from shifting from one side to the other?

Hello, you could try spandex or under clothes that women have to hold everything in place.

Maybe some prolotherapy.....although I don't know if they can do it into the ligaments that hold the tailbone in place. Might be worth asking. Then again...I don't know what the risks would be either so that is another thing to ask about.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

How do you know that your tailbone is shifting? Is it movable if you push it by the fingers?
