I have pudendal neuralgia, diagnosed via nerve block, and have also been referred to a rheumatologist due to a Positive ANA blood test combined with joint pain symptoms. I have an enlarged liver (fatty), and my liver dr said I could have an autoimmune issue that is not liver related. Meanwhile I’m taking Lyrica , Cymbalta, and a buprenorphine patch while I await CT guided Botox treatment with dr Hibner on Feb 1, 2018. Thanks for the interesting article. I’ll be sure to ask some specific questions when I see the rheumatologist in March.
