Re: inguinal pain.

It's hard to isolate one particular nerve in the pelvis because if you are having irritation with one of the nerves, the pelvic muscles may go into spasm and irritate more nerves. Also, there can be crosstalk between the pelvic nerves. I think what treatments you decide to pursue will depend on your history, clinical exam, PT evaluation/musculoskeletal evaluation, response to nerve blocks, primary symptoms, and whether or not stress/anxiety are a factor.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
