I'm not sure if I have PNE I had a bicycle crash sitting on the seat.. it literally broke the frame almost in half. I have TONS of tests, finally found PT for the Pelvic Floor area and it halped very little my low back is getting worse, with pain and stiffness.

Is there any doctor that will help me get to the bottom of this nerve issues?

Ktm,

What are your symptoms, other than pain in your lower back? I assume because you are in PT with a pelvic floor therapist that you have pain in that area? If you can share some additional information about your case, maybe we can offer some suggestions.

Sincerely,
Stephanies

PN started 2004 from fall. Surgery with Filler Nov. 2006, Dr. Campbell April 2007. Pain decreased by 85% in 2008 (rectal and sitting pain resolved completely), pain returned in 12/13. Pain reduced significantly beginning around 11/23.

Not sure where you live. You could try a physical rehab and medicine doctor or a sports medicine doctor. Does your PT have any recommendations? Have you had MRI's or any other imaging done?

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
