Postby nyt » Mon May 01, 2017 2:33 pm

Dr. Carrillo will be leaving the practice in Rochester, New York and moving to Florida. Dr. Benjamin-Pratt will take over his patients. Both of them were trained by Dr. Howard who retired about 3 years ago. Once I have the address where he will be practicing in Florida we'll update the provider list.

I would be MOST interested in knowing if he has moved to Florida yet, and if so, where is he practicing?

Dr. Carrillo's new address is 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827

Here is the link to his bio on the International Pain Society: https://pelvicpain.org/patients/find-a- ... tails.aspx

I do not know if he can see patients that are not veterans. If you find out please let us know.
