Hallo liebe Forumsmitglieder.

Ich bin 33 Jahre alt und männlich. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass ich seit 1,5 Jahren PN oder/und PNE habe. Habe Cymbalta ausprobiert, nehme jetzt Venlafaxin und Gabapentin, aber mit einem eher bescheidenen Ergebnis. Ich lebe zur Zeit in Bochum, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland, und ich denke darüber nach, eine diagnostische anästhetische Pudendalnervenblockade zu machen. Aber das Problem ist, dass ich noch nicht sehr gut Deutsch spreche und ich brauche Ihre Hilfe, um einen Spezialisten zu finden, der einen solchen Eingriff in meiner Nähe durchführen kann.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Arzt für diesen Zweck hier in Nordrhein-Westfalen und hoffe, einen Spezialisten zu finden, der sich mit dieser seltenen Diagnose auskennt.

Für Ihre Empfehlungen wäre ich Ihnen sehr dankbar.

Welcome to the forum. I don't see any doctors listed on our website for Germany. So I don't know if any exist but if so, we are not aware of it. You could use an online translating website to translate your message into German and then ask your question on the German section of the forum. viewforum.php?f=84

You could try checking with university hospitals in your area if there are any. Otherwise, if you can't find anyone in Germany, there are some excellent doctors in nearby European countries. Unfortunately, many PN patients have to travel for treatment due to the lack of doctors. But hopefully you will be able to find one there.

I am very grateful for your reply.

I will continue my research. The rarity of the condition is only one of the problems. Another problem is to find a doctor who will not cause harm and will really help cure the symptoms and pain. Even the diagnostic nerve block procedure scares me that the symptoms may get worse because of it.

It seems that a patient with such a diagnosis should receive a whole additional education in order to be cured.
