Flare triggers are: walking, bending, lifting, bm's, squatting, stretching, standing too long.
Sitting is a big no-no. Car rides include ice packs at the ready.
If I'm laying completely flat on my side it hurts less, but lifting my upper body even slightly sets off a chain reaction.
Unilateral pain began in 2009 from fall trauma.
