. 025% capsaicin

I have posted many times about 10% prescription lidocaine compounded cream and how great it is for itching, burning and arousal and Salonpas hot gel patches for arousal in sacral plexus where PN is attached....they are made with .025 capsaicin and 1.35 % menthol . These patches are hard to get in bulk as I have for years because of supply chain issues ...so I looked up the two ingreadiance and found .025% capsaicin and started with that . Unlike he 1% capsaicin which burned my skin so badly I could not use it the .025 % capsaicin has been a miracle ...it will burn at first so u may want a cool wet rag ...but by day two it was not as bad , and so for the last 2 days the arousal in the tail bone has been significantly reduced. I am shocked and had to share . I did not know they even made a .025 % and it's on Amazon if interested. I will post as I find things that may help us all. I will call a pharmist to see if adding the menthol will help to use in other places like on the legs etc....mean while for siatica .. my neighbor swears by 5% perscription lidocine patches in a line to negate symptoms and get solid sleep.
