It's hard to isolate one particular nerve in the pelvis because if you are having irritation with one of the nerves, the pelvic muscles may go into spasm and irritate more nerves. Also, there can be crosstalk between the pelvic nerves. I think what treatments you decide to pursue will depend on your history, clinical exam, PT evaluation/musculoskeletal evaluation, response to nerve blocks, primary symptoms, and whether or not stress/anxiety are a factor.
