So, I did have surgery with Dr. Echo for a problem with Ilioinguinal nerve, which was resolved. He does do pudendal nerve release as well. It can't hurt to make appointment with his office in Houston and see if you like the doctor.

FYI: There are about 20 doctors that trained with Dellon, but most of them do cosmetic surgery. I contacted Dr. Ducic who was one of the few who does nerve decompressions that trained under Dellon, but he basically said that he can't help me with an unrelated nerve problem.
