Re: Stretching techniques? desperate for some relief

Theres a pretty good book called "Healing Pelvic Pain" that does have lots of stretches. I do them and usually get very temporary relief but I hope that leads to something more.

Re: Relief through supplements

Magnesia phosphorica is one of the supplements my herbalist put me on. Don't know if it is related to magnesium but I assume it is. Turmeric too. Something is working, I haven't felt this good in years.

Re: Jaw and PN

I have all three symptoms as well; PN, labral tears in each hip and jaw pain. The jaw pain is the one thing I can control on my own however. When I am stressed or tense I tend to tighten my jaw. Relaxing it helps and I haven't had any real pain there in a few years. I sort of assume that I am tense ...

Re: Great Techniques and Tips that allowed me to Overcome PN

That is good to hear you are getting results from PT so quickly. I've been seeing a PT for months and have had some modest improvements (not sure if it is PT related) but nothing compared to what you have. But you definitely feel as though its the exercises and not the meds helping?

Re: Relief through supplements

Wow, you don't quit do you? Your first post came across as rude to me and I really can't stand when people do that on this site. Not the place for it. I already came off of the supplement for half a day and my sypmtoms got worse. Things got better soon after I took the next pill. For me it seems to ...

Re: Relief through supplements

I don't really have any interest in an online argument with you. The stuff works for me so I figured I'd let other people on this site know. As for Swiss research, it appears that the Swiss government did do a study and found homeopathic treatments to be effective. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dana...

Re: Relief through supplements

Thanks for those encouraging words. Don't know what to tell you but it works for me. I don't much care if it is a placebo effect or not as long as it works. But considering I never expected it to work in the first place I find it unlikely that it would have a placebo effect.

Re: Relief through supplements

I guess I've tried various supplements and never had any relief. I saw this stuff at the store and figured I'd give it a shot. But i'd rather take the ingredients that work and get rid of the other stuff in the supplement that I do not need. Magnesia is in there. You say that works for you?

Relief through supplements

Hello. I found a supplement at the local pharmacy called TRP Fibromyalgia Relief. You can find it near the Advil, Aspirin etc. I actually think it has worked really well for me. Its possible that i'm just going through a good spell but that would be a big coincidence since I've been on a prolonged b...

Re: Did labral tear surgery reduce your PN/pelvic/perineal p

Yeah Lernica its great to hear you're doing well. You were always my go to person on the hip topics and a bit of an inspiration. I don't blame you for avoiding the site. If and when I ever get better I will probably avoid the site too. As helpful as this site has been it doesn't necessarily remind m...
