Re: Would an MRN show stretch damage to the pudendal nerve or would it only show entrapment ?
When I say stretch damage I mean like a partial tear or maybe even full tear of the pudendal nerve. I believe I already had compression and then completely injured myself on an ab wheel trying to fix when I buckled and then felt a tingle go right from my pelvis to gentalia. It hasn’t worked since. W...

Re: Is there any places out there that actually graft or reconstruct the pudendal nerve instead of a decompression?
I don't know of any places but I found a couple of articles where they are doing cadaver research. Hopefully it will translate to being feasible in living subjects before too long. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6768882/ https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9898215/ You could try cont...

Re: Is my erectile dysfunction nerve related?
I would say it is more probable that you have sever pelvic floor dysfunction than classic PNE. Of course that pudendal nerve plays one of the major roles in this havoc but is more probably not an initial culprit. Most of the CPPS suferrers do have some ED, or at least, the erection quality is lower...

How often is PN fixed by fixing a contracted pelvic floor?
I have a tight pelvic floor, it's not super painful, but its very contracted. I don't know if I have PN but I read that many people who do have it have a tight floor. Mostly my problems are ED related, but I get shooting pain in the taint area and penis.
