I went to the hospital today to get my records ,i was there 3 times in the ER july 14 ,17 and 19 third time i had the surgery ,and as some know turned out not only being one surgery but THREE!!! yeah 3!!!! hemorrhoidectomy,sphincterotomy and a cut in my anus,when we checked the reports to our surprise it isn't my husbands signature in the surgery consent order BUT MINE!! how in the world? my husband signed it,my mom was there,i didn't signed it!!! and checking the records one consent form for procedures on the 14 appears with my husbands signature but dated july 17 . !!!! what have they done to my records? obviously someone altered them,the dates are changed ..God how could this happen? what do we do now? please give us advises ,something went wrong that day !!!

Lara, do you need these records for legal purposes? If so, you probably need to consult with an attorney on what to do.
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

At the beggining when i came home after the surgery i told my husband "something feels weird,something is not right".
We went to get the records ,because i was desperate,i wanted to read what happened in that room that day.
And yeah we are consulting a lawyer.
She will pay with money her mistake ,i paid her mistake with pain.,physically and emotionally.
