Ok so today i have been taking that Xanax and i was able to go to the mall with my daughter and my fiance i did feel some tightness and a little anoying feeling, some burning from spine to anus but nothing that i couldnt live with. Some electrical shock feeling also more to my rectum than my anus, if that makes sense. It was on my mind but i didnt cry yesterday or today. Just more annoyed that i still feel somthing all the time. I didnt take the percoset today, which made me happy, i dont like taking those kinds of meds unless i have to. I was able to wear underwear today..lol and jeans. Anyone know what kind of cushion i should be using? I didnt use one today i just sat in car seat on my hip which is uncomfortable. FYI called the PT yesterday and still havent got a phone call back. Makes me upset.

There are a number of different cushions discussed in the seating section of the forum. It's hard to know until you try them but gel cushions seem to be quite popular.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
