Hi
I assume that my nerve problems are multi-factorial but was wondering if others have seen that when your Physical therapist loosened the left psoas muscle it relieved constipation? I had pt a couple of weeks ago and seems like this was followed by a lot of trips to the toilet. This has happened to me years before when they worked my psoas in an effort to help with my SI joint issues.

Posse and constipation
Re: Posse and constipation
A tight psoas can increase constipation issues. Constipation can be very multifactorial.
