Hi everyone,
I’m really glad to be here and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I recently came across this forum while searching for trustworthy information and support around pudendal nerve health, and it’s reassuring to find a space where people genuinely understand what this journey is like.
I’m here to learn more about managing pelvic pain, exploring treatment options, and connecting with others who’ve walked similar paths — whether you’re a fellow patient, a medical professional, or someone advocating for awareness and care.
If you’ve come across any beginner-friendly resources, insightful threads, or personal tips that helped you early on, I’d be truly grateful for the guidance. I’m looking forward to learning, sharing, and hopefully contributing in meaningful ways as I go.
Wishing everyone strength, clarity, and healing — and thanks in advance for the warm welcome.

Hello Amanda,
Hope you find some helpful information here. With everyone's history, symptoms, and response to treatment being so different, the most helpful discussions would depend on what your symptoms and history are so it's hard to direct you to a specific discussion that would fit your needs. There is a lot of information helpful to beginners if you go to the homepage at www.pudendalhope.info and read through those topics.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
