I also have a TENS device that includes a rectal probe. Did you use it in the same way, or did you have pads that you applied to the skin? It would be very interesting to know how one can specifically target the muscles you mentioned using it. I assume you used a low frequency? Thank you.

I used electrodes, not a probe. There is a description of how I used the TENS unit in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=5266
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
