I'm so sorry it didn't work, Bart. Has anything else seemed to work?

I had this procedure done in Jan 2024. It flared up my pain for about a week after the procedure, then...nothing. No effect on pain.

Awww, that makes me really sad for you. I'm sorry to hear PRF didn't work for you. Thanks for reporting back though, and I'm wishing you luck in finding something that works.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

May 2002 - developed disabling PN.

Aug 2002 - started 4 rounds of CT scan guided nerve blocks

Feb 2003 - had bilateral decompression surgery. The surgeon found a very obvious abnormal issue on the left side that was wrapped around my nerve and squeezing it flat. Slow improvement over the next 6 years.

6 years after surgery Egoscue Method helped me completely get rid of lingering symptoms.

No issues with PN for 14 years.

Nov 2023 - accident triggered disabling PN again

I had it yesterday combined with a block. It didn't hurt, the block did a bit as normal. Fairly certain it won't work but i have been told that I have to wait....more time wasting as per normal I suspect.

Bad outcome. It changed my burning pain to ⚡️electrical ⚡️burning 🔥 pain.
I’m still waiting for it to settle down before making the final decision to have surgery.

I am hoping it might work for you, it didn't change my pain at all, was just useless.
