Guten Tag,
Nerven geht was sehr speziell ist.
Pudendusverdacht + erektile Dysfunktion

Here is the google translation of Brain35's post:
"Good day,
Since my car accident six years ago, I have had a persistent burning sensation in my perineum, and I feel as though my pudendal nerve is entrapped. Therefore, I wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing something similar—and if so, what the best course of action is. I hope someone can offer some assistance, as this involves andrology and nerve issues, which is a very specialized field.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Specifically, regarding the connection between these issues and how addressing them might help alleviate erectile dysfunction (ED)."
Perineal burning was one of my major symptoms before PNE surgery.
Best course of action would likely be to get a proper diagnosis from a physician who has experience in treating people with your symptoms and then research the treatments available to figure out which treatment would most likely be best for you.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Perineal burning sounds really uncomfortable. I agree that getting a proper evaluation from someone experienced with pudendal nerve issues would be a good starting point. It seems important to understand the cause before deciding on treatment.
