Yeah, this could be a game changer if it actually works long-term. Scar tissue’s a huge problem after any nerve surgery. Curious to see if it holds up in real-world use and not just in trials.

Here is a newer article about the Chondroitinase ABC enzyme. Can't find any info on it being used regularly yet.

One of the suggestions in the article is that laparoscopic and robotic surgery may cause less scar tissue which may be one reason to consider the laparoscopic PNE surgery.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
