). There is some merit in relaxation, obviously the wrong mindset will make all symptoms worse whatever they might be, but it has little place in major trauma or actual physical condition. You might want to contact Faith in Kentucky, she's had a TP injection in the ST ligament with Dr. Hibner but she was worse afterwards. She has SIJD, making the keystone of her weight bearing joints unstable giving her too much laxity in her SI ligaments, which are second line stabilisers, so she believes the injection knocked those out too.
