Yeah, ED can really throw a wrench in things. Viagra can work wonders for some people, but it's not a guaranteed fix for everyone. Have you thought about chatting with a doctor about it?

I suspect you need to address the PN, as this can cause ED. Treatments for ED may not work, as often for men the problem can simply be pain.
