She gives me internal and external trigger point release therapy and she is very skilled. Her name is Angela Spruill. I strongly recommend her.

well i did 3 stretches today and i want to freaking die~~~sharp pain when sitting is worse now and the stinging is awful. probably gone and stretched the pudendal nerve. Now what do I do....hell there is no relief~~
I have really had enough of this bobbi I really have i feel like i am cursed or something.
anyway how are you doing today good I hope.

Lexie, the therapists listed on the website have specific training in treating pudendal neuralgia. Many of them have taken either Stephanie Prendergast's course or the Herman and Wallace course and yes, they are all over the country now.
