Interesting that you joined this forum (and several others) after you were cured from pain. I hope that it is unintentional, but your posts come across as blatant advertising for David's business.

Stevie, I have to agree with Stephanie. Also I wanted to add that if I tried doing the exercises you described (squats and a mile weighted walk) after I developed PNE I think it would have killed me because it was those types of exercises that got me into trouble in the first place.

Bending, squatting and bringing the knees toward the chest, especially past 90 degrees pulls on the pudendal nerve. They are a definite no-no for me and are guaranteed to bring on a pain flare.

I get that everyone has their own concerns about my posts. Whether it seems fake, or advertising , etc. There seems to be no convincing. I joined this website to tell people of what cured me so they could give it a try. I didn't come on here to advertise. The fact that I'm being accused of that is almost disrespectful. I've been on the hard flaccid forum for a year now. I had pelvic pain at 19 years old. I was very depressed, couldn't engage in sex, couldn't exercise, had ED with no sensitivity. I could get into my symptoms but Just read the above posts. I was a wreck. Tried everything recomended and wasn't getting better. It came to the point where I considered surgery and was recomended it by many "pelvic floor therapist"... Then I started restorative exercise. Got better. Simples is that. Changed my body and mind at the same time. I actually wanted to get better. I put in the work. It seems many people with pelvic pain try something for a minute and expect to get better. You can't go to or once a week and expect change I mean cmon. The common trend I've noticed among pelvic pain sufferers is lack of perservernce. The oh well I'll just get surgery attitude. That has got to stop if you want to get better. I'm taking time out of my day to help others on this website and k get blamed for advertising. What about advertising of a surgery that has little to no success rate. And among the successes , what is the quality of life? Ive heard many "success stories" live in a shell. Live their life in fear of pain returning. In my opinion, that's not good quality. There's no magical cure to this everyone. You put in the work, you get better simple as that.we put our bodies into this mess, you can get yourself out... I'm in contact with a handful of men who have already been recovering very well. A few of which, who, are cured. What've they been doing??? Restorative exercise!! I "recomended" David Mccoid because he had PNE.. That's why.david is also in contact with men and women who are getting better. I'm trying to HELP.There's other RE specialist out there. Listen, the power to heal is in everyone's hands. Get out of the mindset of thinking locally in your body (pelvic floor, pudendal nerve) and think globally(whole body, mind) stop speculating as well. Do what others have done who have fully recovered . Simples as that. Take or leave the advice offered by othwrs

Lack of perseverance? Not willing to put in the work? This doesn't apply to any pelvic pain patients that I know. Quite the opposite actually.
Glad you are better, simply stating how your posts come across to me.
