Is there any places out there that actually graft or reconstruct the pudendal nerve instead of a decompression?

I had a very bizarre incident happen to me. I believe it to be a stretch injury of the nerve but all I can see is people talking about decompression.
. A few years ago (six) I was Using an ab roller and was fully extended when I fell on my pelvis. Immediately a certain spot on my pelvis got mega tingly and my penis started shrivelling up like a skinny noodle. Like I watched it as it happened and it was so bizarre. My flaccid is permanent different. It’s kind of always like a skinny noodle that’s kind of rigid). The tingling happend from below the belly button down to base of my penis. Anyway ever since my erections have been of disgusting quality. Viagra , cialis , nothing like that works. It’s like there’s a rubber band right under the glans preventing the penis from filling at the end of each chamber and the left side of my penis doesn’t fill as wide as the right . If I stroke or touch that area it sends tingling down my leg too, but it doesn’t do that on the other side.
The IC and BC muscles don’t work. I cannot make the penis “jump”. That reflex where you pinch the head and it makes you clench is non existent
It feels detatched from my body. It doesn’t shrivel up like a hard flaccid. It doesn’t do anything.
But I cannot find a surgeon from looking around that actually would fix a stretch injury with nerve grafting. I feel I would be wasting my time with a Decompression but I don’t know.
If worse came to worse and this was a nerve stretch injury would there be anyone out there who could fix this or am I out of luck?
