Health Organization for Pudendal Education

Hello. My name is Michaela. I'm 30 years old. I've been suffering from PN for about a year now. It happened to me one day after I got home from the gym doing squats. I have pain but my biggest problem is frequency/urgency. I went thru the series of 3 nerve blocks that didnt help me at all and now my doctor suggested a surgery. I really want to get pregnant tho. He told me he didnt really have a problem with it but I have be prepared to suffer. Is there anyone who was successfully pregnant with this condition?

Also, did anyone have the decompression surgery? What was the outcome?

If anyone has any info or experience please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it.

"Be prepared to suffer"...wow, you need a different doctor!

I got PNE as a result of vaginal delivery. However we have had ladies here who had PNE, had surgery, got relief, and went on to have babies (PN doesn't affect fertility). I think they all delivered by c-section.

Anyway, there's a lot of hope, so please don't be scared by what you're being told.
