Hi Violet
I am slightly better with the nerve block I manage with tramadol 100mg per day. The docotrs in India have to told me that since i am allergic to neurotin to desensize my body to drug by increasing it very slowly. So I have to increase it by 25mg every week a long process but if it can help me over some months i am trying it. Its the 2nd week after the block hope to see more improvement as they say after the initial flare up with the block it takes 2 to 4 weeks to see the results. well fingers crossed. Do you know anybody who has had surgery with dr. beco and have had success. Dr. bautrant just does not reply after i sent him all the answers questions he asked. If fact i called him up a few days back at his clinic he was there but his receptionist made me ring back 3 times and then she said he is very busy and going out of station to call after the 8th of Nov. I was pretty upset. I am sure they are aware what PNE patients go through. Only thing i can say is my pain levels are not as severe as they were before my TIR surgery. each day I pray it settles down
Regards mahzi
