How do you get an MRN

Is Dr. Filler the only Dr. who uses MRN to diagnose PN? It seems like the MRN would be more reliable and valuable than an EMG or PNMLT so do other pudendal doctors use them? If I wanted to get one how would I go about getting one ordered?

agree with alipasha. I've had both done. the 3tesla is more indepth and also much more affordable.
