Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had tried a course of prednisone. My symptoms started after a series of utis, so there is no good reason for entrapment. It is possible the nerve is just irritated. Anyone tried this?

Years ago, I took prednisone for a few months. I thought maybe it decreased pain for a little while, but there were no long term benefits for me.

PN started 2004 from fall. Surgery in 2006 and 2007. Pain decreased by 85% in 2009, pain returned worse in 12/13. Pain reduced again in 2023.
