The pain is worse on a full bladder.
I can not have sex because of the pain, I have erectile dysfunction.
Tried lyrics gapabentin gives a slight improvement.
where I need to start? What the doctor visit? Is this possible in Europe?
In Ukraine, I do not know the doctors are familiar with this problem.

Hi Andrew,
Welcome to the forum.
Yes, there are doctors in Austria, France, UK, Belgium, Switzerland, and Germany but I don't know about Ukraine.
http://www.pudendalhope.info/node/57 Have you checked with university hospitals where there are medical schools? That might be the most likely place to find a doctor who treats pudendal neuralgia. You could also look for a physical therapist who treats chronic pelvic pain. You might have to travel for treatment as many of us have had to do. Also, maybe you could check with Dr. Beco to see if he knows any doctors in Ukraine.

He runs the pudendal.com website.

Hello Violet and thank you for reply!
Yes, I found a doctor in the city, is a neurosurgeon Institute of Neurosurgery.
He gave me 2 times the pudendal nerve blockade. First, it seems to me, it has been successful. The second did not give results.
The doctor makes the nerve decompression surgery and offered to do it to me. But it is not his specialty and straight he did not so much. He says that the operation will help up to 40%.
My concern is that in the city, I can not make an accurate diagnosis.
I do not know which side to do the operation. Our doctors do not have the MRN 3 Tesla.
I have emaled dr. Bautrant in France, but did not get responce.

Really, it's hard to get an accurate diagnosis even in the US and the 3T MRI or MRN are not completely accurate.
Most pudendal neuralgia patients I know did not have nerve blocks give long-term pain relief. If you had relief of pain for a short time, that could indicate a diagnosis of pudendal neuralgia but it is not a definite diagnosis for nerve entrapment.
My experience with Dr. Bautrant is that he is most interested in talking to people who really want to come and see him. Also, he may be more likely to respond if you email him several times.
Have you tried physical therapy yet?
Good luck. I hope you can find the right doctor to help you.
