Has anyone had surgery for rectal Prolaspe and did it make your PNE worse?

I was told to not have the surgery as it would make me worse.

It could make PN worse but it might help in other ways. You can read Calluna's posts about her experience.

Surgery to repair a prolapse caused her PN but it made some other symptoms better.
