I know the PN comes from S2-S4, but my back popped this morning, or well more like crunched, and I instantly had shooting pains to my genitals. The first time in over a week.

Correlation? I don't know, I just find it funny that when my back shifts (l5-s1 area) I get these pains..

KC -- have you had an MRI checking for pathology in that area yet?

Yes, I had VERY minimal bulging of discs as l4-l5 and l5-s1.
