I should think that she would be able to see something like that in the MRI, but I don't think you need another picture taken. Maybe just ask her to re-read it to look for that tear?
I noticed in other MRI reports that Potter does report on ANYTHING she sees, even if it's outside the pelvis (e.g. a labral tear in a hip). So I would think that if you had such a tear (that she could see), she would have reported it.
