Burning Sensation

Anyone experience burning sensations in other parts of the body? Before last week I only had burning/numbing feeling in my butt, crotch and down both legs down to my feet. It has now spread to occasionally my stomach and chest and arm. Is this possible or normal, maybe referred pain? Starting to wonder if I have on top of pelvis issues as I just seem to be getting worse and worse.

Before my surgery, I had problems with the foot on the same side. It felt cold and numb. So your burning symtoms and my cold symtoms seem like they are both nerve problems. One thing that I found that helps is changing the place that I was laying down to some place softer.

I get burning in both my feet and sometimes my legs. I think your pain is probably referred pain. When there is nerve pain there is a lot of crosstalk between nerves due to the way they all branch off the spinal cord. It is also possible to have something called central sensitization of the nervous system which kind of causes a "wind up" of the spinal cord and the nervous system goes a little "crazy". Google it to reserach more.
