So if you have symptoms of pne your nerve might not be fully entrapped it could be from excess buildup of scar tissue rubbing up against and irritating the nerve. So if you started taking vitamin e and vitamin c supplements to help break down the scar tissue over several months could that possibly decrease if not eliminate symptoms from pne?

Re: Pudendal Question
Ryan, I searched for scholarly information relating to these two vitamins in the breakdown of scar tissue and I'm not finding much other than for topical creams or healing of wounds after surgery.
If you are trying this for several months you may also want to consider adding some of the lifestyle changes mentioned on the HOPE website -- such as limiting bending, sitting, and constipation. You could also try some myofascial release of the pelvic floor.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
