Here is the link to a list of doctors known to this forum who specialize in diagnosing, treating and surgical decompression for PN.

You can also check the International Pelvic Pain Society website for doctors who specialize in pelvic pain as they will have better knowledge of PN than a regular gyn or uro.

There's also a list of physical therapists including some in or near the Chicago area. The PT's in Chicago might know of a physician in the Chicago area. http://www.pudendalhope.info/node/63

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
